A Favorite Spot

This is one of my favorite spots in middle Tennessee. It’s called Burgess Falls, and I’ve been going there from the time I was a child – both by boat and by land. It’s an absolutely gorgeous park to hike, and a breathtaking sight to come up on by boat (when the water is high enough, otherwise you park the boat and hike upstream to the falls).

Slim and I like to make the hike from the State Park area, past the two smaller falls, and then get in at the top of the main water fall and hike upstream in the cold water. It’s a great way to cool off after navigating treacherous paths and steep trails! 🙂 It’s a good 2-3 mile hike all said and done.

Tennessee is a beautiful place to live!

I’m all done with my books, and have an appointment with my CPA later this week, so new videos will be coming soon. But it’s been fun to share a few of my favorite photos with you!

Lunch With Friends

This is one of my favorite pictures. 😀 It was taken in Atlanta at one of the NAMS events – which is an affiliate marketing workshop where I teach twice a year. I’m on the far left, then there’s: Mary, Andrea, Michael, Adela, Sheila, Lisa, Glen and Loretta. They’re all members of my private mastermind group, but also people I consider friends

This is one of the absolute best perks of my online business. Nevermind the income and flexible schedule and all that good stuff, lol – it’s the awesome people I have met from all over the world, and the time I get to spend with them, that I love the most! 😉

Ordering Food in Australia

While I’m working on my taxes this week, I thought it would be fun to share some of my favorite old photos with you. This photo was taken on one of my first trips to Australia (my very first, if I remember correctly) at a meet-up in Melbourne.

I wish I could remember her name, and that I had gotten contact information so we could have stayed in touch. It’s rare I meet someone I like and connect with as much as I did her. She was helping me “decipher” the menu. And yes, they speak English in Australia – but they use completely different words for almost everything! 😛 lol…

Shrimp are prawns. Coffees are tiny and fuzzy. And hamburgers come with a fried egg on them! I’ll have to do a video and share some of my funny travel adventures. My first trips to Australia were quite enlightening to say the least. 😉
