Don’t fall asleep yet, Lynn!
You might want to get back to this guy first…

LMAO! That totally cracked me up, hahahaha
That was better than the finger in the mail!
I cannot take a nap in the middle of the day, and I definately wouldn’t get in bed: I’d sleep in the recliner instead. If I’m that tired, I take a 20-minute power nap, or go to bed a bit earlier. I also have to wake up by 9am. I used to sleep on the weekends until 10, 11 o’clock..and then I was useless all day.
BTW: They say a complete REM cycle is 45-minutes. If that’s the case, why don’t you try sleeping for 90-minutes versus 2 hours. You might wake up more refreshed!!!
Hi, Slim! [woof woof]
I wake up a dead head no matter if it’s nap, or morning, lol. Until my coffee. It’s just my internal clock – six and two. I’ve tried setting alarms to nap an hour or 90 minutes or sleep without an alarm even – no matter what, I sleep through or wake up at exactly two hours!
Everyone is different. Definitely have to find something that works for you.
Hey Lynn,
Sorry but I must of missed your notice of this video so I am just catching up with my comment now.
It’s 10:00 p.m. and I am just home from two back to back meetings. I just thought I would catch up on this missed vlog before taking a snack break and pulling together a press release before lights out.
There is nothing wrong with 6 and 2 if it works for you. I know that I run out of steam in shorter intervals than I did pre stroke. :p
I hope you and Slim are having an AWESOME sleeping beauties day!
smiles,
He’s been napping with me a lot lately, lol…
You know I’m a kindred spirit in the nap department
LOVE my Siesta Lifestyle!
I have to laugh – I have the same exact blanket on my bed!! (sorta swiped it from my sister last year and never gave it back)
I love it because it’s so light and soft. I overheat under too much covers, lol. Crazy that we have the same one!
I was actually just thinking of shopping for a new bedding set, but haven’t settled on a style or color yet…
