Chattanooga is wonderful. I think I’ve mentioned before that I would move there – or even Knoxville. However, it’s not possible financially at this point in this game of life. (Do you remember that game from your childhood – or are you too young?)

I’m glad you had a chance to “regroup” a bit.

I am hoping I get the chance to see you at NAMS.

I remember it. :D I’ll be there on Friday! I’ll get in late Thursday evening, but it may be too late to socialize, so definitely on Friday.

    Hey,

Wonderful video and a beautiful location. Happy that you were able to get away to have some “me” time. “Me” time is absolutely important. I hope that you are really able to identify at least some of the sources of stress in your life and find ways to get rid of them. Of course we still need some healthy stress and that is ok.

Quality of life doesn’t have to be fancy. Just live simply, love family and friends and laugh every opportunity you can while enjoying fun stuff. It’s a great formula.
    ENJOY!

I hope you are having an AWESOME driving home day! :)

    smiles, :)

p.s. The river does look peaceful, it reminds me of the words at Isaiah 48:18

Quality of Life definitely has a personal definition for everyone. It’s important to define that, and know what you want – so you have something to work toward. ;-)

Interesting PS, where is Chattanooga in relation to Nashville? Question since you are free to do what you want(your own words on more than once occasion), why didn’t you stay longer in Chattanooga? Just Asking.

Because I had an appointment Monday evening to start Slim with a dog trainer, which is also a choice I made and something I wanted to do. I considered canceling and staying on another night… but decided to go with my original plan.

And I was really glad I did! We had a fabulous session and I learned A LOT not only about how to better handle Slim in certain situations, but also about myself – and what I project / how he responds. Enlightening!
